Our service promise
The Citizen’s Charter lists every service PTTC-GMEA offers the public. For each one, it tells you who can avail, what documents to bring, the steps, the fees, and how long it should take. We publish it under the Ease of Doing Business Act (RA 11032), so you always know what to expect.
