Mandate and Functions

What we're tasked to do, and how we do it for Filipino businesses. Ensuring sustainable business growth through comprehensive capacity building and innovation.

Our Mandate

Today, as the training arm of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), our job is simple to say and hard to do well: help MSMEs become productive, competitive, resilient, and sustainable enterprises.

Legal Basis & Creation
